Prerequisite is the prior booking of the
Module M2 Hero Professional Market Insight

  • Approach ten potential clients with the aim of obtaining an initial interview and presentation appointment (via video or on-site) with at least three target companies
  • Contact with qualified email, follow-up within 5 days by email or phone call
  • Contact is always personal and individualised by Dominik Tanner or an experienced consultant
  • Presentation of the company and the key product to at least three customers on a date determined by the customer (assuming the target customer is interested)
  • A summary of each meeting is prepared and made available to the client.
  • The aim is to enter into a listing process together with the target client.
  • Requirement catalogues, draft contracts and documents provided by the target customer are forwarded to the client for review together with the minutes. If desired, Hero will undertake an initial non-binding review and appraisal of the documents.
  • After all target customer meetings have been conducted, Hero prepares detailed minutes of the meeting as well as a proposal for the further course of action (which customers to focus on, which next steps to take, tasks to be completed to advance the listing, estimated effort for the next steps).
  • The client meetings will usually take place in German to ensure easier communication for the client. The client can be present at any agreed video or face-to-face appointment.
