Pure travel days are charged as half days.
Kick-off appointments (initial meetings) with you and the agencies are not charged if you have booked one of our consultancy modules.
Additional costs for travel:
0.35 Euro per kilometre travelled according to Google maps.
125.00 Euro flat rate for hotel accommodation if arriving the evening before or travelling for several days.
